Green still a dream?
I noticed two news items this week that show limited progress in the push to put alternative and renewable energy into the mainstream of our political conversations and business practices.
I've been a green dreamer for a long time. It seems clear to me that there is no moral or logical reason to prevent the spread of renewable energy practices, merely corporate objection to their inability to make green practices profitable.
So I'm brought back to a question that has haunted me my entire adult life:
Does profit trump morality in America and if so is that right?
